Slumber between cool cotton sheets in an elegant bedroom. 2 double beds and 3 twins (or enormous doubles) all wonderfully comfortable with high ceilings and fans for a welcome summer balm.

A 5 ring hob and huge oven, 2 fridge/freezers, masses of storage and a huge BBQ outside make it the perfect holiday house. Oh…and there’s a dishwasher to counter any arguments.

Dine in style on a candle-lit terrace under wisteria with fireflies lighting the vineyard below…or on the breakfast terrace with the sun rising over the pear tree …or at the vast dining table in the kitchen.

There is a rose covered loggia with table and chairs and a huge day-bed for the perfect siesta. The lawn is fringed with herbs and the views down the valley are among the most extensive on the farm.
